How many CE units does Alabama require?
LMFT: 40 hours;
Associate: 20 hours;
Intern: 10 hours every two years

LMFT: 10 hours clinical MFT workshops, 6 hours diagnosis and treatment, 6 hours ethics, 5 hours supervision for supervisors, 20 hours distance learning allowed.
Associate: 5 hours clinical MFT workshops, 3 hours diagnosis and treatment, 3 hours ethics.
Intern: 3 hours clinical MFT workshops, 3 hours diagnosis and treatment, 3 hours ethics.
