45 hours every 2 years for LCSWs, LBSWs, and LMSWs

Initial renewal:
6 hours substance abuse
6 hours cross-cultural education re Alaskan Natives
3 hours in ethics
Subsequent renewals:
6 hours substance abuse
6 hours cross-cultural education of which 3 hours include issues re Alaskan Natives;
3 contact hours in professional ethics.
45 hours home study allowed
