How many CE units does Kentucky require?
CSW and LCSW: 30 hours every 3 years
LSW: 15 hours every 3 years
Additional Information
3 hours ethics preapproved by Board
3 hours supervision course for supervisors (in person before live presenter)
6 hours suicide assessment, treatment, and management within first year of licensure and every 6 years thereafter
6 hours domestic violence and elder abuse, neglect, exploitation during 3 years renewal period following initial licensure
1.5 hours pediatric abuse head trauma 1 time every six years.
All hours can be earned from internet except for 3 hours supervision course for supervisors
