How many CE units does Washington require?
40 total hours every 2 years, including 28 hours continuing education (CE); 12 hours other PDA.
Additional Information
4 hours ethics and law. 3 hours every 6 years of suicide assessment, screening and referral. 14 hours described in WAC 246-811-030 (2)(a) through (w). 10 additional hours related to various phases of the CDP’s professional career. 12 hours other professional development activities. All hours online allowed. NAADAC coursework approved.
